Koch Nets Nearly $1 Billion in Payouts From Infor in Two Years

A unit of Koch Inc. received a payout of almost $700 million from software firm Infor’s international business last year, according to a UK filing , taking the total dividend for the past two financial years to almost $1 billion.

Infor Foreign Investments LP, the parent company for the majority of the tech firm’s subsidiaries outside the US, saw software-as-a-service sales and operating revenues jump more than 25% in 2025 to $509 million, the filing showed. Koch Inc. declined to comment.

Koch acquired the stake in Infor it didn’t already own in 2020 just as the pandemic drove borrowing costs lower. At the time, it took their technology-related investments to more than $26 billion over a six-year period, including buying into Infor in 2017.

While the software industry has come under pressure since then from growing competition from artificial intelligence, the earnings suggest there are still robust profits to be made.

Conglomerate Koch has had annual revenue of more than $125 billion and employs about 130,000 workers in more than 50 countries, according to its website . About 90% of earnings are reinvested into the company, which has holdings in everything from packaging to oil refining and chemicals.

Charles Koch, chairman and chief executive officer, has a fortune valued at more than $70 billion by the Bloomberg Billionaires index. Julia Koch, the widow of deceased co-owner David, and her family have a net worth of about $78.2 billion, the index showed, including a minority stake in the Brooklyn Nets.
